  1. ROBOTICS Instructor - MN
    MN
    Looking for enthusiastic, motivated and STEM savvy youth to be part of great program that engages kids 6+ years. Our program objective is to teach a small group of students how to program LEGO® robots through applying STEM concepts. Previous experience in LEGO® EV3 and/or youth instructing experience is a desired, but not required. We will be providing before job and on-the-job training.

  3. Administrative Secretary/Assistant

    STEM Builders is hiring an Administrative secretary who will be assist in day-to-day operations of the Learning Center. STEM Builders is a place where your expertise will be valued, your knowledge expanded and your abilities challenged. STEM Builders has been helping students (Ages 6 - 14) succeed in school by enriching their STEM skills and you will be our first contact. As a Secretary will be responsible to receive phone calls, schedule visits, receive parents, receive students and those asking about our services and touring the facility. For this reason, you must be outstanding on the phone and have the ability and willingness to offer exceptional customer service. The individual supports the Center Director in scheduling appointments, students and teachers, all reception functions and administrative services along with supporting instructor/student activities. Be part of a team who work together so that students succeed and parents get the best customer care possible. Experience in a prior position working with children in an education setting is a plus. Qualifications • Must have the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure. • Enthusiastic, welcoming demeanor and professional customer service skills. • Attention to detail • Two years office experience preferred • Computer proficient, ready to learn our center operations software. • Organizational skills and ability to self-direct. • Ability to work well under pressure and to maintain confidentiality. • Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned. • Ability to pass a federal background check. • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and produce high quality and accurate work. • Ability to create a welcoming and professional front desk environment for our students, families, and community.
